TVD-2L/II blow molding machine Main Characteristic:
1. Two station, Multiple layer, 65mm screw, 15kw motor, PE / PP etc.
2. Power supply: 380VAC, 50Hz (depending on client's county ).
3. Die Head for choosing:
One die head (1L-2L): 2L around 300 bottles per hour
Two die head (500ml-1L):1L around 800 bottles per hour
Three die head( 200- 500ml): 500ml around 2000 bottles per hour
Four die head(up to 200ml): 200ml around 3000 bottles per hour
4. Center Distance:
Two Die head: 180mm, Three Die head: 100mm, Four Die head: 60mm
5. Deflashing system: rolling cutter and bottom deflash / pushing device
After-sale service:
1. Instruction for Installation and Debugging
Before delivery, TONVA takes responsible for debugging of machine, in order to make sure the provided machine could be safely and smoothly put into operation.
TONVA also take responsibility to have debugging overseas, and Client abroad please sends invitation forward of time to engineer of TONVA, provides the engineer with round-trip tickets, accommodation, vehicle and $60 per day salary.
2. User Training
Before delivery, TONVA will take responsibility to indoctrinate technical training to the users so that they could understand the machine features and could operate the machine by themselves.
3. Warranty Period
The warranty period for TONVA machine is one year with a life long maintenance. If the user requires special quality guarantee, other stipulated warranty period may be made after mutual agreement.
