Mould  Producing  Process
 

1	Product  Design	Send  us  the  product  drawing or sample directly; or  we  draw  the  product  according  to your requirement;
2	Mould  Design	After  the  product  drawing  is confirmed by you, We'll start  to  designing  mould based on the the mould drawing
3	Mould  Making	As soon as the  mould  drawing  is confirmed, we start the moulds and the  process  including  prepare  steel, rough  cut, finish machining, assembly  etc
4	Mould  Test	We'll  test  the  mould  after  mould  assembly and send  you  samples. We have our own machine factory. It is easy and quick to test moulds.
5	Final  Process	The  mould  will be finally  polished  if  the  samples are accepted and we make  grain, nitridation or chroming if you  required
6	Mould  Packing	Mould is packed in wooden case
