TONVA Extrusion Blow Molding Machine can be divided into Smart series, Standard series, Accumulator type large series. The range of the capacity is from 3ml to 3000L. Based on different functions, TONVA Extrusion Blow Molding Machine has various of function for clients products optional: such as Parison controller for bottle area wall thickness control, Co-extrusion of multiple layers, view line strip device, up&down device, filter, deflashing device and servo system.
6.After-service
1.What is the business item for this project ?
a. Delivery Date: within
50 working days after receive the deposit and samples or drawing confirmed by buyer and TONVA.
b. Port of Loading: NINGBO, CHINA.
c. Payment: 30% TT deposit, balance before shipment or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
d. Container needed: One 20GP container.
2.How is TONVA after-sales service?
a. Inspection
Before delivery, TONVA takes responsibility to finish the machine in time and send the right samples to clients for approval. Clients also are welcome to TONVA factory to inspect the testing of machine, so that the provided machine could be safely and smoothly put into operation once reach the client`s factory.
b. Debugging Instruction
TONVA takes responsibility to have debugging overseas, and client abroad please sends invitation forward of time to engineer of TONVA, provides the engineer with round-trip tickets, accommodation, food, vehicle and USD80/Day/Person as salary;
Before Tonva`s engineers arrive at the buyer`s factory, the buyer must make sure that all of equipment are put in the correct position in their factory, the raw material, power and water supply must be ready in the factory.
C. User Training
TONVA takes responsibility to indoctrinate technical training in both TONVA and clients' factory to the users, so that they could understand the machine features and could operate the machine by themselves.
3.What is the warranty period?
a. TONVA machine Main parts is one year warranty with a lifelong maintenance.
b. Mould within one year or 2millions warrant
