5L Hydraulic Double Stations Automatic Blow Molding Machine

(1) Double stations, single layer, 80mm screw,22kw motor, for PE/PP/PS material;

(2) Die-heads for choosing :
     single die-head(2L to 5L): 5L --- around 200-250 bottles per hour:
     double die-heads(1.5L to 2L): 2L --- around 650 bottles per hour;
     triple die-heads(500ml to 1L): 1L --- around 1,300 bottles per hour;
     four die-heads(200ml to 500ml) :500ml --- around 2,100 bottles per hour;

1. Instruction for Installation and Debugging: 
Before delivery, TONVA takes responsible for debugging of machine, in order to make sure the provided machine could be safely and smoothly put into operation. 
TONVA also take responsibility to have debugging overseas, and Client abroad please sends invitation forward of time to engineer of TONVA, provides the engineer with round-trip tickets, accommodation, vehicle and salary.
2. User Training: 
Before delivery, TONVA will take responsibility to indoctrinate technical training to the users so that they could understand the machine features and could operate the machine by themselves.
3. Warranty Period: 
The warranty period for TONVA machine is one year with a life long maintenance. If the user requires special quality guarantee, other stipulated warranty period may be made after mutual agreement.
